What we collect, and why.

Who we are

C&E Growth Partners ("we") is a transformation consultancy for media & marketing teams. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page. Questions and requests go to hello@cegrowthpartners.com.

The contact form

When you write to us through the site we receive your name, company, role, work email, the challenge you picked, your message and, if you give it, a phone number. We use these to reply and to prepare for a conversation with you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you have made. The message is delivered to our inbox by Resend, a transactional email service, and kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards.

The form also carries a hidden field and a timing check to keep bots out. Neither sets a cookie or stores anything about you.

Analytics, only with consent

If you accept analytics cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read, how visitors arrive and where the site falls short. IP addresses are anonymised, advertising features are off and we do not join this data to anything that identifies you. Google processes it on our behalf under its data processing terms. Until you accept, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set.

Marketing cookies

We may one day use marketing cookies to measure whether our own campaigns bring the right people here. None are set today. If that changes, the cookie settings and the table below will say so before anything is set, and nothing is set without your consent.

Your choices

The cookie settings, linked in the footer of every page and just below, let you accept or refuse analytics and marketing cookies separately, and change your mind later. Refusing removes the cookies those tools set. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, everything optional stays off unless you switch it on yourself. Your browser can also block or delete cookies, though the site may then forget your choice and ask again.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to our use of it or ask for a copy, and where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@cegrowthpartners.com and we will answer within a month. If you are in the UK or the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.

The cookies we set
